No one knows this better than Mr. Dora J himself, Jason Dorazio. Jason is a licensed general contractor and has been building custom homes since 1999. He and his team have provided countless families with their dream homes over the years, and have the glowing testimonials to prove it.

Dora J Development, LLC is his family owned and operated construction company based in Surf City, NC. As an in-house design-build firm, we work hand in hand with our customers to design custom house plans to meet all their needs. Helping to accommodate special needs individuals is something we have been doing since the beginning, including over-sized doors, ramps, and elevators. Dora J only employs respected top professionals to get your project completed from permitting through Certificate of Occupancy.

Jason graduated from East Carolina University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He has been designing homes on Topsail Island since 1991. His experience includes working as an estimator and project manager of Gypsum Construction, as well as working as a General Contractor for his family-owned Maebilt Construction, LLC.

Paul and his family have been in the development business for 20 years in the Surf City and Topsail area. He has 40 years in the construction business and has managed to stay on top of the latest and greatest technology in the custom home design business.
