I wanted to be sure to take the time to thank you again for building our custom beach house in South Topsail Beach, North Carolina.

My husband and I have worked with countless builders and contractors over the past 25 years and I can honestly say your crew were some of the best we have ever encountered. Every step, from pre-planning to handing over the keys to the finished beach house, was meticulously planned and expertly executed to the highest degree. The attention to detail and the prompt response to any concern, no matter how small, was such a refreshing change from how most builders and contractors work. Not only were you a gem during the building process, but the customer service did not stop there as yesterday (December 26, 2015) my daughter-in-law called Jason because a key was not working and he was at the property within 20 minutes to let her into the home.

Our family was amazed by the final product and we are so proud to call the house you built our beach home. The relationship we have developed with Paul, Jason, Joan, and their crew is beyond just a builder/buyer relationship and it gives us great comfort in knowing that we have a fantastic local builder who can help upkeep the property we have for many years to come.

I was a little anxious when I first stared looking at house plans for my dream home on NTB. After meeting with several builders on the island I met Jason and Paul and from the very first meeting I knew I had found my answer to house plans and builder! It was so nice to have Jason design changes to the plan in a fashion that I could see immediately on the computer. All the stars fell in place and with professional workers and great weather everything moved along very quickly. I was not on the island all the time but Jason stayed in touch almost daily with pictures and information! This was very  important to me! I always knew what was on schedule and what to expect. In fact at the end of the project I told Jason we could have built this house over the phone! I am very pleased with everything Dora J did to make me the proudest homeowner on Topsail island!
